You may schedule an appointment by calling our office at (920) 853-3212. Telephone or fax messages may be left after business hours and will be returned the following business day. You may also email us at HilbertFamilyPractices@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible

Summer 2010 Hours

Monday 10:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday 7:30am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 7:30am - 12:30pm
Friday 7:30am - 12:00pm

Treatment times are reserved for patients by appointment only.  We will schedule your treatment as promptly as possible. If you are in pain or have an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

As we value your time, we try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Hilbert Family Practices provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for certain procedures.  Emergencies may also cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
